Remodeling in Pasco County, FL

Pasco has two very different sides. Inland, Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes have filled in fast with newer master-planned homes — many now old enough that the builder-grade kitchen and bath are ready for an upgrade. Along the Gulf side — New Port Richey, Port Richey, Hudson, Holiday — the homes are older and smaller, and we see more roofs, additions, and full updates. East toward Zephyrhills and Dade City it gets older still, and more rural.

A couple of Pasco-specific things we plan around: parts of the county sit in a region known for sinkhole activity, so base prep and foundations get real attention, and work outside the incorporated cities runs through Pasco County's building department for permits and inspections. We sort out which jurisdiction your address falls under before we start.

What we build most depends on where you are. In the newer inland communities it's kitchen and bath updates and new flooring — pulling out builder-grade and putting in finishes that hold up. Toward the coast and out east it's roofs at the end of their run, additions for growing families, and whole-home updates on houses that haven't been touched in decades.
